When the people who run Las Vegas get involved in lobbying Congress, State and even local officials, we have a major problem. That problem goes back to the Nixon era, with the beginning of the American Indian Movement and members of organized crime being encouraged to stop killing each other and instead become legitimate, respected business people. But they cheat!
 

From that time on our country began a downward spiral of increasing lawlessness, deceit and weakening moral ethics that has carried us to the financial mess we are in today. Fiscal responsibility seems to have flown out the window as the people running our financial marketplace kept seeking more deregulation to control our markets, including using methods that do cheat. Naked short-selling on Wall Street, little black computer boxes controlling and manipulating prices, plus the Tribal takeover of 70 percent of our nation’s resources add up to economic disaster for millions of U.S. citizens. Meanwhile,  the largest shareholders of the corporations and gambling interests involved, who are controlling our political system, have made billions.

 

There are some very important issues that need scrutiny and debate going forward to return our nation to one run by laws and the Golden Rule of honesty and equal opportunity.

 

Education is job one. We have to get the social engineering and the racist-breeding cultural diversity movement out of our classrooms and begin teaching reading, writing, math, science, real equality, love and respect so every citizen can be a productive member of our society.

 

As a supporter of the Citizens Council on Health Care and a co- sponsor of their last three annual conferences we are more convinced than ever that the only reason the rich and powerful want socialized medicine is because they want you and I to pay all the costs for the care of the armies they have created to steal your land and resources.

 

Why are our church leaders supporting Treaty Rights, Indian gaming, and illegal immigration? Why are they lobbying at our Capitols for peace, human rights, and social justice while calling people who question what is going on “racists?” Our constitution guarantees the freedom of religion but what happened to the idea of separation of church and state? 

 

In the past 50 years large natural resource corporations and wealthy individuals have tax-exempted billions of dollars, under the guise of culture and religion to build political armies that have dismantled our laws and constitution so they can control our land and steal our resources. What should constitute a legal 501 (C3) tax-exempt donation?

 

Taxable Fee land to Un-taxed Tribal Trust land transfers. Our land is being stolen and is being taken off the tax rolls by the Bureau of Indian Affairs when there is no legal or constitutional method to do so.
